β€œLet them see my weakness, and let them see me overcome it.”

- Mistborn, Brandon Sanderson

Feelings of depression are on a continuum and may not be the same for everyone. Some people may feel more anger than sadness, while others may believe that feeling pain is better than the emptiness they experience on a daily basis. Wherever you are on this continuum, I want you to know that you are not alone. Depression usually comes with feelings of isolation and wondering if it will ever get better. Part of how therapy can be helpful is through shared understanding, support, and skills. In our treatment, we will be able to readjust perceptions, find meaning, and form connections.
