“In diversity, there is beauty and there is strength”

– Maya Angelou

As a White, cisgender woman, I try to attend to intersectionality of identities and experiences. I am a firm believer in seeing a person as greater than the sum of their parts. It is my honor to work with marginalized populations, including the LGBTQIA+ community, racially and ethnically diverse clients, and all spiritual backgrounds. In doing this work, it is possible (maybe inevitable) that I will miss a blind spot. It is my hope that I continue to grow as a clinician and fellow human through my own self-reflection, education, and curiosity. My journey toward cultural competency is ongoing and ever-changing, and I want to be your support on this mission in whichever way you need.
